I wrote a cookbook!
For the 100th anniversary of Kewpie Mayonnaise, that delightfully umami-y Japanese mayo, I worked on a cookbook (with friend and colleague Jessie YuChen) celebrating its quirky history and delightful culinary applications (in katsu sando, fritto misto, even galettes!). It’s called For the Love of Kewpie (out October 21, 2025), and you can order it now wherever books are sold!
