I wrote a cookbook!

For the 100th anniversary of Kewpie Mayonnaise, that delightfully umami-y Japanese mayo, I worked on a cookbook (with friend and colleague Jessie YuChen) celebrating its quirky history and delightful culinary applications (in katsu sando, fritto misto, even galettes!).
